Today CSD will test video conference from CSD PNH to Kep during CSD staff meeting from 3pm until 5pm. I will update later how it is going on!

CSD test video conference!
Trango Adapter was demage
When it has raining here in Kep I am so worry about light struct!!!!!
And I would like to update you all that the Trango Adapter at What Phnom Sor Sir was broken because of light struck when it was raining. I remembered that on that day there are two cows (mother and baby) die and one man was 'lose of consciousness is was because of light struck!
