OM/PEAK is of the most important work for Kep iREACH. It is about yearly project report establishment. There was many steps were conducted such as:
1. PC worked on the Operational Env.
2. Each staff worked individually on the Resources Audit
3. All staff worked on the Output
4. All staff and MC members worked on the Impact
5. Sent it to Sean for the edition/comment/question
6. All staff and MC members met again to finalized of what was commented/questioned from Sean
7. Sent it back to Sean for edition.
In conclusion, it is hard work but we are satisfied our one year report. (message from Kep PC)
